This article analyzes contemporary methods and approaches to developing teachers' leadership qualities. Additionally, the impact of leadership skills on teachers and their role in enhancing pedagogical effectiveness are examined. The psychological aspects of shaping leadership abilities and their integration into pedagogical practice are discussed.
