Аннотация
In this article, it is shown that by reducing the density of the raw material roller in the saw gin, it is possible to decrease the amount of impurities and defects in the fiber during the separation process. According to a number of scientists, it has been determined that lint-free seeds formed on the surface of the grid bars (kolosnik) rejoin the central part of the raw material roller. This article focuses on rotating the raw material roller using a seed-removal device and studying the effect of the device’s parameters on the technological performance of the saw gin. Therefore, it is an аctual issue to scientifically analyze the impact of the waste removal process from the working chamber on the quality of fiber and seeds.
