This article examines the issues of population growth and increasing income levels, which lead to a rising demand for food products, as well as the growing need for water resources in agricultural production under the conditions of climate change. Furthermore, the study analyzes the processes of implementing high-value technologies for efficient and rational water use, and evaluates their economic and environmental effectiveness on a scientific basis.
