Abstract

This article presents the results of a biochemical assessment of apple cultivars and hybrids studied in 2025. The contents of sugars, dry matter, and titratable acidity were determined and comparatively evaluated among the studied genotypes. The findings revealed that the Dildora cultivar had the highest sugar and dry matter content, while Parmen Zimniy Zolotoy exhibited the highest acidity level. The obtained results are important for fruit quality evaluation and the selection of promising apple cultivars for breeding and production purposes.
