SUGʻORISH SUVLARIDA RENTGEN FLUORESSENT SPEKTROSKOPIYA USULI BILAN MIKROELEMENTLAR TAHLILI VA ULARNING HOSILDORLIKKA TA’SIRI

Abstract
In this study, the elemental composition of irrigation waters from Soyliq (Tashkent Region, Bostanliq District) - a mountain tributary, the Chirchiq River (Tashkent Region) - the main irrigation water source, Chimyon (Tashkent Region, Bostanliq District) - a foothill tributary, and the Fergana Canal (Fergana Region) - a major irrigation canal, was determined using a Rigaku NEX DE X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer. Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, and S were detected in all four samples. The highest mineralization was observed in Chimyon, with Ca - 33.1 wt.% and Fe - 5.04 wt.%. Traces of Cr (~1.4 wt.%) were detected in the Chirchiq River and the Fergana Canal samples. Analysis of the maximum values in the XRF spectra enabled a clear identification of the geological profile of each sample.
