Annotatsiya
The mycoflora composition on cotton plants of varieties cultivated in different agro-climatic regions of Uzbekistan was studied. During the research, the species composition of fungi isolated from cotton plants affected by wilt disease was analyzed. The results showed that Fusarium sp. was the dominant fungal genus in all investigated regions. In addition, Alternaria sp., Verticillium dahliae, Fusarium verticillioides, and Fusarium oxysporum were identified. The obtained data are important for assessing the distribution and etiology of cotton wilt diseases and improving the phytosanitary status of cotton fields.
