STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article explores the relevance of strategic management in Uzbekistan and the need for its effective implementation in organizational activities. It analyzes the potential for increasing enterprise competitiveness through the application of strategic approaches, efficient resource utilization, and long-term sustainable development. The article discusses the core principles of strategic management, its practical implementation, and ways to improve management systems. Furthermore, advantages of strategic governance are demonstrated based on examples from the Uzbek context. The article concludes with recommendations for strengthening strategic approaches in companies.
