IDEAS OF PUBLIC OVERSIGHT AND SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE THOUGHT OF MEDIEVAL CENTRAL ASIAN SCHOLARS

Abstract
The article highlights the ideas of medieval Central Asian thinkers regarding public oversight and social justice, as well as their significance in state governance. In particular, based on historical sources, the views of scholars such as Al-Farabi, Al-Biruni and Ibn Sina on the role of public oversight in ensuring just state and social administration, the rule of law, and the protection of human rights are analyzed.
