Аннотация

In the article, investigated the issues of processing fruit and vegetable waste and promoting them to the domestic and foreign markets as a commodity. Based on the chemical composition and useful components of wheat bran waste, we highlighted the prospects for use not only as feed in agriculture, but also for the production of environmentally friendly biodegradable dishes using modern technologies, use in modern medicine and traditional medicine for the treatment and prevention of many diseases.
