Аннотация

This article analyzes the role of Information Technology and digitaltransformation in modern banking activities. Digital changes in the banking industry, theintroduction of innovative technologies and the transformation of customer relations areconsidered. Based on the analysis of the literature, digitization has been found to affect all aspectsof banking and increase the effectiveness of banking services. The current state, trends andprospects of digital transformation in the banking system of Uzbekistan are also discussed. Thearticle also examines the advantages and risks of digital technologies, as well as the futuredevelopment directions of the banking sector.
