Annotaciya
According to the Euro Heart Survey, the average age of patients with coronary heart disease at hospital admission was 65 years, with 38% of them over 70 years of age [13]. Among the degenerative valvular heart defects, mitral valve insufficiency and aortic stenosis with calcification are considered the most common defects, while aortic insufficiency and mitral stenosis are relatively rare defects [13,26]. Over the past 50 years, heart attacks have occurred in many countries, especially in Europe. These changes have been expressed mainly in a decrease in the number of defects caused by rheumatic fever. This is mainly due to the decrease in acute rheumatic fever [23]. According to the findings of the World Health Organization [10], in Europe and other developed countries, the incidence of rheumatic complications is decreasing, but in many other developed and poor countries, due to complications of this disease, the above-mentioned diseases are very common.
