This research examines the role of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in optimizing investment decision -making processes within Uzbekistanʼs textile industry. The study applies a systematic and empirical approach to analyze the digital transformation of investment management using national and international datasets from 2019 –2024. Findings reveal that the integration of Big Data and AI significantly enhances investment efficiency, reduces production costs, and № 10-SON OKTA BR, 2025 -YIL 60 strengthens sustainability performance under ESG criteria. The proposed conceptual framework demonstrates that intelligent analytics contributes to improving profitability, energy efficiency, and risk management in textile enterprises. Overall, the researc h supports the goals of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy and provides a scientific foundation for advancing industrial digital transformation.
