Abstract

This article analyzes the factors contributing to the formation of psychological well-being and fatigue syndrome among students in a digital environment from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The study examines the effects of prolonged screen exposure, information overload, dependence on social networks, and online learning on students’ emotional state. The research findings indicate that the digital environment intensifies problems such as decreased attention, emotional stress, reduced motivation, and sleep disorders. In addition, the article provides scientifically grounded recommendations for maintaining students’ psychological well-being.
