Аннотация
The article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological features of applying the competency-based approach in teaching the discipline “Nursing in Obstetrics and Gynecology”. The structure of professional competencies of an obstetric-gynecological nurse is substantiated (clinical-technological, communicative, ethical-deontological, emotional-regulatory and reflexive components), and effective pedagogical tools for their development are described, including simulation-based training, clinical case method, mentoring, reflective practice and the objective structured clinical examination. The psychological mechanisms of competency development related to students’ professional identification, motivation, empathy and emotional resilience are revealed.
