Annotatsiya
The article analyzes the methodological foundations of education quality monitoring for assessing the continuous professional development of general school principals. It clarifies the functional relationship between monitoring and assessment and substantiates an integrated use of systemic, competency-based, activity-based, diagnostic, qualimetric, reflective, digital and results-oriented approaches. Monitoring is conceptualized as a developmental management cycle that includes diagnosis, learning, ongoing observation, final assessment, post-course activity, feedback and correction.
