THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL DESTINATION IMAGE ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AND REVISIT INTENTION: EVIDENCE FROM UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The study analyzes the impact of digital destination image on tourist satisfaction and revisitintention. Online reviews and website quality are examined as key factors. A conceptual model is developedand empirically tested. Data were collected from international tourists. The findings show significant effectsof digital factors. Website quality emerges as the strongest predictor. Satisfaction directly influences revisitintention. The need for digital marketing development is emphasized.
