Abstract

In our country, we know that demand for cauliflower products is high due to the lifestyle of our population. To confirm this, an experiment was conducted to ensure the population of dried cauliflower over a еar, and concrete conclusions were drawn about the drying process. Based on this, data on the results obtained are presented.
