Аннотация
The article presents the results of breeding work on pear culture, carried out in the conditions of the Samarkand scientific experimental station from 1930 to the present day. At the experimental station, a number of zoned pear varieties were created - Podarok, Lastochka, Rano, Yubileynaya and varieties with the best economic and biological characteristics were selected - Farizi (2018), Azamat (2018), Durdona (2020). They differ from standard varieties in their high yield, good fruit quality, immunity to pests, and heat and drought resistance.
