Аннотация
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of stress and its impact on the student'sbody during the examination period. Based on G. Selye's general adaptation syndrome, the study examinesthe stages of examination stress (mobilization, adaptation, exhaustion) and its negative consequences.Physical, biochemical, physiological, and psychological methods of stress management are systematized,and the effectiveness of visualization and self-regulation skills is substantiated. The conclusion emphasizesthe need for individual psychoprophylaxis and improvements to the examination system to enhance students'stress resilience.
